Cooking Well, Exploring Cultures

Texas, of course, is a wonderfully diverse state and believe it or not… we eat cultural food every day! Whether it be from fast food, restaurant chains, or beloved family recipes we have passed down and shared our culture with those around us. These classes provide the tools you need to expand your cultural palate by diving into recipes from Poland and Interior Mexico while creating healthy foods. Get a taste of different cultures while cooking from your own home! Join us in creating new and different healthy recipes from other countries.
