  11. Rum Is a Many Blendered Thing / The Coconut Rum Band
  12. N'awlins Night / Davin James

We figured Jerry Diaz's "Home on the Gulf Coast" would be the perfect song to kick off the new year!  This song was requested by Carrie of Red Oak.

There's nothing like Jimmy Buffet's "Bama Breeze" in January!  Steve and Sarah of Waxahachie requested this tune.

We've got Rob Mehl's "Back from the Islands" up next.  You can find this great song on his Could You Be More Pacific? album!

Allen Troussaint's "Hang with Jimmy Buffett" is a fantastic live cut located on the Live at Jazz Fest 2007 CD.  This was a request from Dan of Tampa, Florida!

We've got another request - this time from Jerry of Midlothian!  It's Billy Currington's "Swimmin' in Sunshine" from his 2008 Little Bit of Everything record.

There is a great song from Sonny Russell and the Tropics next in the line-up: "I Wanna Touch the Sun".  It's on their Caribbilly for Connoisseurs album.

Paul of Ennis requested this next song: Billy Mitchell's "Float Away".  Enjoy!

Jimi Pappas brings us our next selection: "Blue Water".  Jeff of Danville, California, suggested this song to us!

We're checking out Captain Quint for our next tune: "Pineapple Jam".  This song was requested by Clint of Waxahachie.

Next, we'll be going "Down to the Islands" with the Caribbean Cowboys!  This song is the title track of their 1999 album.

The Coconut Rum Band tells the truth in "Rum Is a Many Blendered Thing"!  Our last request for this evening comes from Rick of Red Oak.

Davin James rounds out our show for the week with his "N'awlins Night".  Find a copy of his Magnolia CD if you want more!

That will be our show for the week.  Shoot us an e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
