  7. Down Island Way (alternate mix) / Gene Mitchell
  8. Port "A" Saturday Night / Jerry Diaz & Hanna's Reef
  9. Better Than Buffett / The Island Fever Band
  10. The Tropical Shirt Song / James White
  11. Let's Talk Dirty in Hawaiian / Jim Morris
  12. Fat Guy in a Hawaiian Shirt / Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band

To get us up to speed this week we have the fantastic Seth Turner and a great song called "Hot Sand, Pina Coladas, and Caribbean Bear".  We found this track on his 2006 Another Day In My Life album.

Here's the song about the story that started it all for Don Middlebrook and Living Soul.  Drunken shenanigans often make great song material (or so we've been told!) and "I Stole Jimmy Buffett's TV Guide" is a great example of that fact.

"Callin' In Gone", from their Wahine Man album, is a great Boat Drunks song.

Another track from the great Brent Burns, "Hit the Beach" can be found on the fabulous Margarita Smile CD.

The Caribbean Cowboys gave us the "Duval Crawl" on their Down to the Islands album.

You can't have too much Gary P. Nunn!  "Red Neck Riviera" is a great song from the Lost Gonzo Band alumnus.

"Down Island Way" is the title track of Gene Mitchell's album released in 2001.

You know you're going to have a good time when a "Port 'A' Saturday Night" is involved!  And who better than Jerry Diaz and Hanna's Reef to play it for you?

The Island Fever Band started off their Sweet Pontchartrain CD with a great little track called "Better Than Buffett".  We'll leave it up to our listeners to see if that claim has any merit!

James "Sunny Jim" White is one of our favorite Trop Rockers and if he keeps making songs like "the Tropical Shirt Song", he will continue to be so!

You can find "Let's Talk Dirty in Hawaiian" on the Jim Morris Looking for a Place to Happen album.

You gotta like a group called Johnny Russler and the Beach Bum Band!  You can find "Fat Guy in a Hawaiian Shirt" on their Amigos Out At Sea CD.

That's our show for the week!  As always, tune in Wednesday evenings at 7 for the best in Trop Rock and Gulf Coast Music - only on KBEC 1390!
